What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a hashed form of your password (we never store the password itself).
• Your content in Pocko: your conversations with Domi, your Bot settings, and the files on your computer.
• Technical information needed to run the service, such as request times, usage counts and error logs, to provide the service and fix problems.

How we use it

• To provide Pocko: keeping your conversations and files, running your computer and handling what you ask Domi.
• To keep your account secure, for example by emailing you a code when you reset your password.
• We do not sell your personal information or use your content for advertising.

Sharing

• To write Domi's replies, your conversations are sent through our model gateway to third-party AI model providers for processing.
• Password reset emails are sent through a third-party email service.
• Our servers are hosted by a cloud provider. Beyond these needs of the service, or where the law requires it, we do not share your information.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your information while your account exists. You can delete your account in Settings → General → Account: deletion happens at once and removes your account, conversations, your computer and its files for good. Routine server backups are cleared automatically when their retention period ends.

Security

Each person's computer is isolated from everyone else's; the model service keys stay on our servers and never on your computer; traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
